What we collect
Assessment answers stay in your browser and are never sent to us on their own. If you request the detailed report, we collect the email address you provide and, optionally, your first name.
What we never require
A phone number is never required to receive your report. We only ask for a phone number when you specifically choose phone as your preferred contact method for an inspection request.
How we use it
We use your email only to send the report you asked for, and to schedule an inspection when you request one. If you check the maintenance tips box, we may send occasional plumbing tips you can unsubscribe from at any time.
What we don't do
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not run aggressive marketing campaigns, and we do not share your details with third-party advertisers.
